These offers are not limited to any religious denomination. There is no fee required to enter these competitions.

1. Jabez Productions will be producing and selling the book, Song of Eve, for $9.99. This book will be available for purchase at http://www.cynthia-tolbert-law.com under the heading, Jabez Productions and Management Company beginning July 1, 2009. If you encourage anyone to purchase Song of Eve and they purchase it and specify that you encouraged them to purchase it, Jabez Productions will give you $1 for every book that a purchaser states you encouraged them to buy. A check will be sent out every month to anyone who participates in this offer. By agreeing to participate in this offer you are agreeing to be an independent contractor and to be responsible for your own federal taxes from the proceeds of the sales of this book. The proceeds from the sale of this book will go towards producing a movie which will be based on this book. Production is slated to begin in 2010 in Central Florida. We anticipate that, depending on donated equipment, volunteers, etc., that we will need to raise approximately one million dollars for this movie. God is able!!! 2. Jabez Productions is looking for an alternate cover to the book, Song of Eve. If you create a new book cover for the book, Song of Eve, and it is the winning entry, you will receive $100, retain all legal rights to your book cover and be marketed by Jabez Productions as the artist who designed the cover on the above web site and in all future printings in which this cover is used for free. The only exception is that by entering this contest you are granting Jabez Productions permission to use your design in the future without compensation as an alternative cover to the book, Song of Eve, than is currently on the book. The prize for second place is $50 and for third place is $25. Jabez Productions reserves the right not to use the winning entry as an alternate book cover. The decision will be solely made by the company. The deadline to submit entries is October 1, 2009.

3. What is the song of Eve? If you had been Eve and you had composed a song which gave a voice to your inmost feelings about your experience on earth what would it have been? If you create Eve's song and your entry wins first place, you will receive $100, retain all rights to your song and be marketed by Jabez Productions as the artist who wrote Eve's Song on the above web site and in all advertisements for the movie which will be based on the book, Song of Eve, for free. The only exception is that you are granting Jabez Productions permission to use your song in the future without compensation, solely, to promote the movie based on the book, Song of Eve, and in the movie which will be based on the book. The prize for second place is $50 and for third place is $25. Jabez Productions reserves the right not to use the winning entry as a song in the movie. The decision to use the first place entree to advertise the movie and in the movie will be made by the company. The deadline to submit entries is October 1, 2009.

4. What should a movie based on the book Song of Eve be entitled? If you come up with a title for a movie based on the book, Song of Eve, and your entry wins first place, you will receive $100, retain all legal rights to your title and be marketed by Jabez Productions and credited as the originator of the title of the movie on the above web site and in all advertisements for the movie which will be based on the book, Song of Eve, for free. The only exception is that by entering into this competition you are granting Jabez Productions permission to use your movie title in the future without compensation solely to promote the movie based on the book, Song of Eve, and in the movie which will be based on the book. The prize for second place is $50 and for third place is $25. The decision to use the first place entree to advertise the movie and in the movie will be solely made by the company. The deadline to submit entries is October 1, 2009.
